Our principal consultant, Dr. Carol Barton, holds a Ph.D. in English, and is a Certified Professional Contract Manager who has also taught undergraduate composition, edited a variety of published manuscripts, and published articles of her own in juried academic and professional journals. She has spent many years assisting technical and acquisition personnel in improving the quality of their written products, and in understanding how and why the Federal Acquisition Regulation applies to the procurements in which they are engaging.
